Caskey Payback's A Bitch
[Chorus: Caskey]
Payback's a bitch, and you know it
They was prayin' that I lose, got too many cars to choose and you know it
I keep on goin', people hate to see you lit
Once you rich, that's when their true colors showin'
Weed comin' in, brush it straight up out the jar
People say I'm chill, I'm just medicatin' hard
Can't call him your brother, he would never take a charge
Levitatin', take me straight to Mars, I'm so out this world
[Verse: Caskey]
I ain't leavin' outside the crib 'less it's to get a bag
Homie bet against the home team then the scores came in, now he's down and it's really bad
Way before the mixtapes, couldn't cop designer bags, I was stealin' that
Tried to put a ceilin' on the kid, but the ceilin' glass
Stashbox full of cash in case the IRS come, I'ma keep me a check
I'm a weedhead, I don't stress none, and I don't need the connect
You could tweet me but never meet me, I took the tape rolled up on the CD
You made a Facebook post, homie, I'm posted up out in Fiji
Hustle like I'm feelin' greedy, I don't whine about my problems
Homie, I ain't really feelin' pinot grigi', rather pull up in a six speed
Doin' donuts 'til I'm feelin' queasy, throwin' money out the sunroof
Like it's gang signs, it ain't, but it still make 'em uneasy
[Chorus: Caskey]
Payback's a bitch, and you know it
They was prayin' that I lose, got too many cars to choose and you know it
I keep on goin', people hate to see you lit
Once you rich, that's when their true colors showin'
Weed comin' in, brush it straight up out the jar
People say I'm chill, I'm just medicatin' hard
Can't call him your brother, he would never take a charge
Levitatin', take me straight to Mars, I'm so out this world
[Outro: John F. Kennedy]
This is a breathtaking pace, and such a pace cannot help but create new ills as it dispels old; new ignorance, new problems, new dangers. Surely the opening vistas of space promise high costs and hardships, as well as high reward. So it is not surprising that some would have us stay where we are a little longer to rest, to wait. But this country of the United States was not built by those who waited and rested and wished to look behind them
