Words & Music Written By: Diane Pendleton Coons- September 2000
Dear God, looks like, another long night again
I’m tired, I’ m worn, and I’m not sleeping’
With all of this changing’ and this
rearranging’in my life
I hear Your voice, my heart says You’re calling’ me
You know I’m scared of things I can’t see
But I know Your affection of my
redirection is right
And I know that all things
Work together for good for those that love You
And You are faithful,
You won’t let me suffer, more than I’m able
Here I go Lord, acting on faith,
Each step I claim the promise You made
Singing You praises,
shouting joyful phrases all the way
Dear God, I feel, so much peace inside,
Without Your love, I’d never tried
I can do all things with the strength
that you give me each day;
Yes I know that all things
Work together for good for those that love You
And You are faithful,
You won’t let me suffer, more than I’m able
Dear God, looks like, another long night again……………….
