How can you not hear their adolescent cries
there's children having children
there's children turned to crime
the suit and ties campaign to help
with the kids still lost through guided lines
sometimes I wonder why these kids sit alone and cry
they look for a way out
they wish that they could die
you think your conditional love
will somehow make them see
well they close their eyes again
they're all alone and it's you they don't want to be!
