To a swift death, I wish they went
and to his hunger, their flesh be lent,
and blood-let to quench the suffering
done by man to every natural being
from Winter to the Spring.
If only there were a Great Horned King,
then grateful hearts could sing:
O' Cernunnos, (Lord of the Earth) with antler crown,
you rid us all of the ungrateful kind with new life sown,
amongst the moss, we've lain down to weep,
thanks for the peace of mind,
for the pain, you have (for centuries) known,
all waiting is long, but we knew you'd return!
