GOD IS A WOMAN

From the darkest corner of the cosmos to the light that finds to soul,
from the spellbound meditation to the cry beyond control, from the
clay that makes me man to the kiss that makes me real, from the
thoughts no one can touch to the flesh that makes me feel.
Senses are the meaning, spirit enters here, I am hers for dreaming, her
dreams make daylight dear.
God is a woman, ‘cause she moves me in a way only a woman could,
god is a woman, she touches me the very way a woman would.
I move in her reflection, she is my deep connection, she is my passion
dealer, she is my truth faith healer, she moves my tongue to sing,
turns winter into spring, her lips they wet my skin, my teeth; the apple;
sin, her shape is poetry, she shapes the man in me, she’s all that’s real
and true, she is my love for you.
God is a woman, the earth blooms like the flowers in her hair, god is a
woman, the smell of her perfume hangs gently in the air.
I see the hem of her skirt dancing in the sway of the trees, I hear her
sweet tongue in the song of the morning birds, I see her blush in the
little pink sky, I see her wisdom in the order of the planets and stars,
and I feel her flesh in the caressing of your hips my love, and
everything I could ever be is born in her.
God is a woman, and I am in love with her.
