Dot Allison In Deep Water
In deep water
We lie
So still
Your face
Of grace
Appears
To tell me hush
And soothe away
My fears...
Our souls entwine
Like tangled vines
Float free
This troubled world
We leave behind
To see
This gift of love
Bestowed on you
And me
Your pain will go
Amidst the glow
Of love
So close to you
Our bodies
Hand in glove
This time we've loved
Will never be
Enough.
In deep water
We test
Depths of love
